Peter, I sent you the fix.

If you’re also experiencing the same problem as Peter, please contact me and I will send you the fix. It will only affect you if you’re running an old WordPress version.

Hello WP-SEO-Sniper Team!
I found a mistake in the RSS-Feed representation, the title is shown twice. Also in their blog!

For the title that’s shown twice in the blog TITLE, please read this FAQ answer on how to get rid of it.

The duplicate name in the RSS title is a bug that I’ll fix in the upcoming new release that will come out in conjunction with WordPress 2.5.

After closer inspection, the duplicate name in the RSS feed is not caused by WP SEO Sniper. If you deactivate the plugin, you’ll see that you’re still getting duplicate names.

It was something that was introduced in the WordPress core in version 2.2.3.

Dewald, this is awesome. I still say you’re a genius.

One “wish for” tweak:

Putting copyright notice on separate line.

It’s a very minor thing. Just thought I’d mention it.

Thanks again for a superior product!

Since I upgraded to the newest WP, the posts are no longer numbered - how do I cross-link now to pages within the site?

Nancy,

When you edit a post, look for &post= in the URL in the address bar. It has the post number.

Dewald,

I am switching to your wpseospiner plugin, but would like to know it there is an easy way to migratie the data from All-In-One-SEO-Pack, SEo Title Tag en Headspace2 into the WPSeoSniper fields?

Otherwise I have to sit back and copy past it by hand…

Hummerbie,

Unfortunately there currently isn’t an automated migration from other plugins to WP SEO Sniper.

I looked at the options that one can set on All In One, and it doesn’t appear to be a huge amount of work to manually migrate. When you install it, WP SEO Sniper is preconfigured with options enabled such as no-indexing of paged content, nofollow of tags, etc. You’ll have to migrate your home page META info, tweak the options if you want, and set other options for individual posts or pages (if you want).
